Job Description
These positions are for people who are looking forward to make their career into Inside Sales and have done their bachelors in technology and masters in management in international business. The responsibilities will include but not limited to generate leads for sales team by placing cold calls to decision-makers in major corporations with revenues greater than $250M, selling IT services including: Microsoft technologies, Outsourcing, Offshore, Co-sourcing, Staffing, Application Development, Business Consulting, and Strategic Staffing (US calling a must).



Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 70% marks in 10th and 12th standard.

- Must have minimum of 65% marks in B .Tech (Comp Science/IT/ System) or B.E or B. Sc (IT) or BCA.

- People with non-technical Bachelors degree are not eligible.

- Must have minimum of 70% marks in MBA (Marking/ International Business/ IT/ System).

- Integrated MBA + B. Tech are highly preferred.

- We are looking for people who have a good technical background and analytical bent of mind.

- We need people who have the passion to read and understand technology/IT trends.

- Must have good organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask and carry a large req. load

- Excellent communication skills required.

- Smart, proactive, innovative people with a deep desire to make a difference and excel in the job.
