Job Description
- Customer Care-Executive / Order Administration-Executive
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Processing Orders, contracts, Returns etc using ERP Software, maintains viability of customer information in Customer Master Database.
- Co-ordination with different departments to meet the needs of Internal / External Customers
- Responsible for updating customer Database in CRM Software
- Responsible for interfacing with internal and external customers prior to and/or after sale. Develops and maintains positive customer relations keeping in mind customer sensitivity while coordinating with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Assists in revenue generation through quotes and closure of service offerings.
Desired Profile
- Position requires a minimum of 1-3 years of Order Processing, Customer Service or Vendor Support Positions using some ERP / CRM Software
- Person must have a Bachelor’s Degree and Basic Course in Computers including MS-Office
- Excellent Computer Skills, Word, Excel, Outlook and Proficient with ERP/CRM Systems.
- Good written and verbal English Communication skills.
- Willing to work in night shifts.
- Extremely high levels of data processing accuracy
- A strong customer orientation and the ability to provide customers both internal and external only the most appropriate responses under all circumstances. Extremely organized, capable of multitasking multiple customer issues at any one time. A team player, flexible, willing to learn new skills and share their knowledge with others in the department. Ability to see the big picture always striving to improve processes without jeopardizing accuracy.
