Job Description
Candidate is required to lead program transitions and manage project teams. The job will broadly involve
 Managing program transition through its entire life cycle
 Establish & Manage Relationships / Engagement with the Clients / Onshore Teams
1. Participate in client meetings, steering committee meetings , presentations , workshops
Solution designing (Presales Activity)
 Performance Management of Transition Managers
 Collaborate with business development team to create transition approach for prospective clients
 Develop / Adhere to Organisation Transition Methodology
 Take / make strategic decisions in order to minimise or optimise cost consideration

Key Accountabilities:
 Effectively manage end-to-end transitions within budget and timelines
 Closure on SLA definitions, project plans and all other project related deliverables during the planning phase of the project.
 Manage Program Risk and own all program related communications to internal and external stakeholders
 Accountability for Program Performance reporting and legal / contractual compliance during transition phase

Job Responsibilities:

• Project Management and performance reporting
• Liaison with different stakeholders
• Project Planning activities like preparing project plans , ramp up plans, communication plans
• Project Monitoring to ensure adherence to plans
• Handling the Operations (limited time period)
• Identify / Scope additional business from existing client in some customer engagements
• Leading SLA discussions with clients by involving relevant people

 Strong inter-personal and leadership skills
 Excellent Communication Skills – Both Verbal and Written
 Ability to remain focused for long durations in the project
 Strong project management and analytical skills
 Assertiveness and Result Oriented approach to work
 Excellent MS Excel skills
 Must have led multiple projects successfully or handled teams > 100 FTEs and atleast 8 years of work experience

 Proficiency in MS Project
 PMP Certification
