Job Description
Responsible fr whole gamut of HR like, Strategic HR planning, policy formation, implementation (recruitment, appraisal, training, incentives). Retention, compensation of employees etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA HR woith 15 - 20 yrs of exp in HR, At least 5 -10 yrs exp from IT / ITES / BPO industry is must.
Reporting to MD.
Will be assisted by a small HR team, Preferably knowledge Labor Laws, IR issues & shld have exposure on managing knowledge work.
