* Support detailed configuration design activities
* Provide configuration and implementation support
* Develop expertise necessary to support the system after initial implementation
* Provide post-implementation support
* Challenge and enhance the system functionality as appropriate.
* Customize and support reports as needed. Create additional reports post-implementation.
* Advise on technical architecture
* Lead the installation and testing of the technical architecture
* Support the technical architecture, including database backups and disaster recovery
* Assist in training of core users
* Assist in gathering and analyzing functional requirements
* Track and report on the system usage, stability, and performance.
* Ensure the availability, operability, and performance of the quality management system
