Job Description

Provide technical recruiting support for daily client requirements

Utilize online job boards to reach out to large pools of applicants.

Work on the requirements considering the details given by the sales person. Details are basically about the duration, rate and location of the project.

Evaluate the skills and experience of candidates based on criteria established by the client requirements.

Perform preliminary technical evaluation of candidates; negotiate salaries and comprehensive technical assessment.

Good e-mail writing and searching skills (dice using Boolean, etc) and use of internet - example should be able to use Google effectively.

Person with lot of attention to detail, ability to organize, manage tasks and follow up promptly.

Must know MS Office Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.

Excellent English - verbal and written

* End to End US Recruitment
* Working with senior management for new vendor/ client relationships.
* Excellent knowledge sourcing of Internet based recruiting tools. (Dice, Monster etc).
Good thirst for IT Recruitment.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT Recruitment in which minimum 1+ years in depth experience in US IT Recruitment.
