Job Description
Position Description
The candidate will work as a Senior Engineer with broad infrastructure experience in server hardware, operating systems, networking, and with special operating experience in VMWare ESX virtualization and Citrix MetaFrame.

Requirements of the Position
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science or related discipline. Equivalent relevant industry experience may be considered.

Required Technical Experience
•Minimum eight (8) years in IT with minimum five (5) years working in enterprise IT environment.
•Minimum three (3) years of direct working experience in implementation, support and architect of VMWare ESX environment.
•Minimum five (5) years of supporting Windows server operating systems (performance analysis) in enterprise setting.
•Good knowledge in storage area network, tcp/ip networking
•Knowledge of supporting Microsoft MSCS cluster technology
•Knowledge of major backup software (preferable Veritas NetBackup)
Desired Candidate Profile
Technical Experience
•Microsoft SQL (performance analysis)
•Microsoft Exchange (performance analysis)
•HP ProLiant DL, BL, and C7000 blade system
•Veritas cluster software

•Strong interpersonal/human relations skills
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to work with others with an emphasis on productivity, teamwork, and quality
•Good organizational and time management abilities
•Self management and distribution of work load
•Process experience (change control process, configuration management process)
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
•Ability to work after hours, on call, and scheduled weekends
•Accurate and pays attention to detail
•Ability to work in fast paced environment
•Attends and participates in meetings as required
•Must be able to work 30% of time in shift 3 (US day time), or >70% of time in shift 2 (2:00pm – 11:00pm).
•Must be able to travel to US initially for a period of 3 months
