Conduct 1st round of interviews for walk-ins.
Sourcing IT profiles from various portals or through some creative sources.
Line-up Candidates for interviews and follow-up with selected candidates.
Conduct Background Checks.
Maintain necessary Paperwork for the selected candidates.
Reporting is to the Sr. Recruitment Manager
