Job Description Front Desk Operations:
*Handling of EPABX
*Handling Call billing software
*Handling Visitors
*Magazine and News paper Management
*First Aid box management.
*Housekeeping requirements for the front desk.
Time office Activities:
*Handling of Attendance Registers and attendance.
*Handling access control machines.
*Handling of reports pertaining to the attendance & Access control.
Handling of Couriers
*Domestic & International courier
Desired Profile *6 months to 1 year of experience
*An exposure of the Customer handling or service industry
*An exposure of working on the front desk
*Good communication skills & hands on with Computer operations
*Good people management skills
